Order Processing

• All items are handmade in Florida
• We process orders within 1-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Personalized items are processed within 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Successfully placed orders should receive an email confirmation. If you don't receive an order confirmation email please check your spam/junk inbox first and contact us. 

Shipping Policies

• All items are shipped from Florida, USA.
• Domestic Shipping to the USA only. No international shipping.
• Items are shipped within 1-5 business days after order processing is completed (excluding weekends and holidays). 

Local Pickup

• Skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 4000 U.S. Hwy 90 Suite C Pace, FL 32571.

• After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• We will send you an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions. 

• Our in-store pickup hours are 10am-4pm CST on Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
